BLOG OPINION:
Funny, sounds more like a definition for government than terrorism. Government coerces and/or intimidates on a daily bases. Ex: A parking ticket, you are coerced into paying it by being intimidated with the threat that if you don't pay it men with guns will come to get you. To either take your money, take your freedom or even take your life. If that isn't terrorism I don't know what is.
