Most gun owners are familiar with the maxim “Gun registration is a prelude to confiscation.” Relatively few understand the role of gun registration in threat assessments used to justify paramilitary police raids.
Last Thursday (January 30), Police in Ankeny, Iowa deployed a 12-member SWAT team in full battle array to execute a warrant in an investigation of alleged credit card fraud. The invasion pf Sally Prince’s home was captured on camera, despite the efforts of at least two of the jackbooted marauders to destroy the home security cameras used to record their crime.
One member of the household, Justin Ross, was in the bathroom when one of the raiders arrived. When one of them tried and failed to kick in the door, Ross reached for his handgun. After he heard one of the intruders identify himself as a police officer, Ross – a military veteran who has a firearms permit – re-holstered his gun and sat down with his hands in plain sight. If the overconfident and inept SWAT operator had succeeded in kicking in the bathroom door on the first attempt, Ross would have been murdered.

Scenes from Militarized America: Iowa family 'terrorized'

Where the *Bleep* Is Germany’s Gold?

Where the *Bleep* Is Germany’s Gold?

Where the *Bleep* Is Germany’s Gold?

You may have heard something about this story, but I think it’s important to take a few minutes to restate the facts clearly. In the modern news environment, stories come and go so fast – and in so many parts – that it’s very easy to get lost along the way.So, here’s what we know so far:

*In 2012, the Bundesbank (the central bank of Germany) asked to visit the vault of theFederal Reserve in New York, to view the 1,536 tons of gold they have stored there.
*The Federal Reserve told them no. They were not allowed to see their gold.
*In response, Germany said that they wanted 300 tons of their gold back.
*The Federal Reserve said that they’d need seven years to get the gold back to Germany. (Something that should take them seven weeks, tops.)
*One year later, the Fed has returned only 5 tons of gold to Germany. At this rate, it will take 60 years for the Germans to get less than one fifth of their gold back.

Though I don’t know precisely what, it is very clear that something strange is going on here… something that the prestigious central bankers want to keep away from the light of day.

The USG Will Kill the Supposed Boston Bomber – LewRockwell.com

The USG Will Kill the Supposed Boston Bomber – LewRockwell.com

On January 30U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the federal government would seek the death penalty against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bombing suspect. The media by and large did not seem to find the move worth scrutinizing.
At WhoWhatWhy, we disagree.  Since the first week following the tragedy, we’ve been raising issues about the way in which a story riddled with improbabilities, anomalies and question marks (see, for example, thisthis, this, and this.) was turned quickly into a “solved crime” and a done deal—with nary a question about whether a government that has lied to the American people time and again over the years could possibly be up to something.
One thing we pointed out: We ought to be wary of claims that the brothers should be given the ubiquitous moniker of “lone wolves”—even if it is proven that they planted the bombs. This is especially true, given the confirmed pre-Marathon interactions between the Tsarnaev family and the federal government (including contacts with the FBI), an uncle tied to the CIA, Russian intelligence interest, complaints from the parents that their children were set up, and more.

"Stop hitting yourself!"

"Stop hitting yourself!"

"Stop hitting yourself!"

As a kid did you ever see a bully- possibly an older sibling- beating a smaller kid with the victim's own hands while chanting "Stop hitting yourself!"?

Well, apparently cops are those stupid bullies grown large.

So often in the case of people they brutally beat to death, the murderous cops can be heard screaming "Stop resisting!" as they beat their non-resisting victim to a bloody pulp- or beyond.  What's the difference?  Besides the fact that childhood bullies rarely continued until they were murderers.

I understand that the murderous cowards are trying to alter any witness's perceptions of reality- maybe if they chant the magic words loudly enough, and often enough, they will make them true.  Maybe any witness won't really watch too closely, and will assume from the girlish screams of the attacking pigs that the victim really is "resisting".  Unfortunately for the murderous cowards, videos aren't so easily fooled.  Unfortunately for civilization, the truth doesn't matter when the murderer wears a badge.

"Resisting arrest" isn't wrong- especially when you are being kidnapped under a counterfeit "law".

Never stop resisting.  If you find yourself under attack, kill your attacker if you have to, whoever it may be.  There needs to be a high price for being a thug, and sometimes it may be up to you to charge that price.

“When you’re 45th in civil liberties, 19th in economic freedom, and #1 in prisoners per capita, I think it’s officially time to stop bragging about being the “freest country on earth”–and maybe time to start thinking about how to rebuild that image.”
