Austin, Texas (CNN) Edward Snowden, Glenn Greenwald, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, American Civil Liberties Union's to speak in Austin Texas in this year's SXSW (South by Southwest Interactive Festival) via skype teleconference in discussion about how the tech community must defend itself against mass surveillance.
