Pentagon To Deploy 20,000 Troops In CONUS For Civil Unrest, Possible Threats To Populace :

July 24, 2011
Update: July 31, 2011
Since we published this report further evidence has been released in regards to a possible economic collapse and troops on the streets.
We must also be aware of the fact that they could be purposely gearing up the military and martial law threats in order to pass a draconian debt ceiling deal.
In 2008 The Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force inside the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011, thus dovetailing into the current troop and equipment movements around the country reported by truckers as well as many more troop sightings by everyday citizens.
Interestingly enough, this plan directly correlates with a 2009, Army funded, Rand Corporation study that called for an internal United States police force to combat civil unrest.

Why Do Half of Americans Pay No Federal Income Tax? « Donald Marron
You may have heard the claim that about half of Americans pay no federal income tax. That’s a true fact. My Tax Policy Center colleagues estimate, for example, that 46% of households either will pay no federal income tax in 2011 or will receive more from the IRS than they pay in.
Today, TPC released a new study that examines why these people end up paying no federal income tax.
The number one reason should come as no surprise. It’s because they have low incomes. As my colleague Bob Williams notes:
A couple with two children earning less than $26,400 will pay no federal income tax this year because their $11,600 standard deduction and four exemptions of $3,700 each reduce their taxable income to zero. The basic structure of the income tax simply exempts subsistence levels of income from tax.
Low incomes (or, if you prefer, the standard deduction and personal exemptions) account for fully half of the people who pay no federal income tax.
The second reason is that for many senior citizens, Social Security benefits are exempt from federal income taxes. That accounts for about 22% of the people who pay no federal income tax.

Agenda 21 Coming To A Farm Near You As Federal Government Moves To Ban Family Farms :
The Intel Hub
July 30, 2011
The U.S. Department of Transportation in an Agenda 21 style order, has moved to essentially ban a large part of family farms.
For hundreds of years family farms have been passed from generation to generation and it has been a way of life for younger family members to learn and work on their farms.
New rules being prepared in Washington could change that forever.
Apparently discussions are now under way to require farmers to have a commercial drivers license to operate farming equipment. This would require farmers to hire expensive commercial drivers instead of using members of their family.

China Puts US on eBay « Borowitz Report
‘Government Sold Separately,’ Sales Listing Says
BEIJING (The Borowitz Report) – Showing its impatience with the debt ceiling stalemate in Washington, China today took the extraordinary step of putting the United States of America on eBay.
Officials at the online auction site said they believed it was the first time a major Western nation had been listed for sale there “if you don’t count Greece.”
In Beijing, the Chinese Finance Ministry said that it had considered waiting until August 2 to see if the US would ever pay back its multitrillion-dollar obligations, but ultimately decided to cut its losses.
“We think we’ll attract a buyer on eBay,” the Ministry said. “Say what you will about the US, it’s still one of the top fifty countries in the world.”
The sales listing for the US contains some interesting information, such as China’s description of the former superpower as being in “fair to average condition.”

Democrats enforce filibuster against their own debt bill - Washington Times
Senate Republicans want a 60-vote threshold for a debt-limit bill to pass the chamber, but it's actually Democrats who are enforcing the filibuster on their own legislation, insisting on delaying a vote until 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
Republicans offered to let the vote happen Friday night, just minutes after the chamber voted to halt a House Republican bill. All sides expect Democrats' bill will fail too, and the GOP said senators might as well kill both at the same time so that negotiations could move on to a compromise.
"We would be happy to have that vote tonight," Sen. Mitch McConnell, Republicans' leader, offered.
But Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid objected, even though the vote would occur on his own bill. He instead said the chamber would have to run out the full procedural clock, which means a vote in the early hours Sunday morning.
